Aalok, an IIM alumni with over 18 years of Retail Banking experience across Standard Chartered Bank, ABN Amro Bank and Dresdner Bank, is a dynamic leader with expertise in implementing change. He has worked in senior leadership positions across retail banking functions like operations, branch banking, NRI and assets. In his last assignment, he was the CEO (designate) and MD of Dresdner Bank, India which had set out to establish its Retail presence. Other senior management positions held include Global Head of NRI business, Head of Mortgages and Auto loans and Head of Branch Banking.
