Corporate Connect has been launched by experienced people from the banking and finance industry to enhance productivity. We offer our clients the power of CAN to address issues related to low productivity in the current market scenario. This involves four steps:
  • Selection process wherein we identify potential candidates
    We follow a rigorous selection process to get the right candidate. At first, the applications received are screened on the basis of agreed eligibility criteria. This if followed by a personal interview session of the shortlisted candidates with our panel of industry experts. The shortlisted candidates are forwarded to the Partner organisation for final selection.
  • Conditional employment to candidates
    The Partner organisation post selection, gives conditional employment letter to the selected candidates. The candidates post accepting the appointment letter proceed to enroll for the skilling course and pay the fees.
  • Skilling programme by industry experts which gives hands on knowledge to the candidates
    What differentiates our skilling programme from any others programme is that it focuses on getting the candidate ready for the specific job within the organisation rather than focusing only on providing knowledge.
    • Tailor made modules - The modules are tailor made as per the requirements of the partner organisation. More emphasis is given an applied knowledge and situational case studies than on theoretical understanding.
    • Experiential classroom training - We simulate an acutal corporate situation in our classrooms. Candidates are encouraged to participate in group discussions, role plays and learn in a virtual market environment. This type of hands on training makes the candidate market ready from day 1.
    • Training by industry expert - Our skilling programmes are conducted by industry veterans who have valuable experience of leading diverse teams and training them to face varied market conditions.
  • Certification and placement in the organisation After the end of the programme, the candidates are provided with the relevant certification and are placed in the organisation for which they have ben skilled

  • Understanding the business model, gaps and 'go to' state
    The first step towards advising on strategies starts with learning about the business model in tandem with the partner. Understanding strategy which in turn helps us to relate with the task. This is followed by a gap analysis.
  • Strategies to bridge the gap
    The strategies we offer come from years of experience in the arena of banking and finance. This vast and varied experience in the field of financial services is leveraged to advise on the optimum processes to generate maximum efficiency in the existing setup.
  • Roadmap for implementation of the strategies
    The final step comprises of implementation of the strategy. Special emphasis is put on facilitating the execution of strategy and evaluating the performance at every level to yield maximum results out of it.

 

This involves four steps:
  • Pre-work and customisation of skilling programmes
    The first step is to understand the business model, strategies and challenges. Then we proceed to interview the key stake holders and learners to understand their expectations and specifically highlight areas which would be addressed through skilling interventions.
  • Develop the programme specific to the requirements
    We focus on development areas as identified earlier. Live case studies and actual work situations are used to stimulate to real environment and increase the relevance quotient.
  • Delivery of the programme
    The programme is delivered through experienced in house trainers, using learner's guide, tips, live case studies and sample scripts. Extensive role plays, script clinics, etc enhance the learner's experience.
  • Follow up with skill enhancing capsules
